ORDERS

WHERE IS MY ORDER?


Once your order has been received, you will be sent an order confirmation email. As soon as the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can monitor when your package will arrive.




CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER SUCH AS THE SHIPPING METHOD OR MERCHANDISE SIZE?


Since we strive to ship your order as soon as possible, we are unable to accomodate order changes once an order has been placed.

RETURNS

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?


You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization. All eligible merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned.




HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the steps below to make a return:

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization

Within 14 days of receiving your order, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing hello@kirichic.com. Once your Return Merchandise Authorization is received, prepare your return and drop off the package at the nearest USPS center. Make sure to keep your proof of postage.




CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?


We don’t currently offer exchanges, but you can return your package and order again. Your refund will be processed as soon as we get your items back.




DO YOU RETURN THE DELIVERY CHARGE?


We don’t currently refund shipping charges.




RETURN POLICY


We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must be in new, original, unworn condition. All original packaging must accompany the merchandise. All sandal returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Any sandal returned without the original packaging or with postage labels affixed directly to shoe box will not be accepted. Items received that do not meet these aforementioned standards will be sent back to the customer.




FAULTY ITEMS


We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our 'Contact Us' tab, to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. When you first contact us please include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Product Name and Code
  • Pictures of the fault and a Description of the fault

The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.

If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' tab please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.
